The ASP system by Peugeot

ASP tooling: cleaner, less harmful

Peugeot Outillage develops products with the protection of its users as a common denominator in the specifications.  The dust generated by woodworking machines means that a hoover has to be connected to each machine, whether on site or in the workshop. To alleviate these constraints, Peugeot is launching a range of ASP machines fitted with a vacuum cleaner as standard. The product is more compact, with fewer hoses and cables around the machines, in a safer area.

IN THE WORKSHOP

ASP tools: less harmful

The tools in the ASP range reduce dust, sawdust and chip emissions. In a confined space, it's good to know that you can work while limiting the risks to your health!

ON SITE

ASP tooling: cleaner

Tools from the ASP range allow you to work on site without dust, sawdust or shavings. Machines equipped with ASP technology will save you the tedious task of cleaning up after a customer ... and protect you from the dangers of wood dust.

Twin turbine

Dust is collected
by a turbine attached to the motor
The dust is extracted
and sent to a recovery bag.

See the ASP range with twin turbines

Built-in hoover

Dust is collected using
a second motor dedicated to suction
The dust is sucked up and sent
either into a bag or into a recovery bin.

See the ASP range with dedicated engine

The two principles have a single aim: to reduce airborne dust to a minimum. The ASP system recovers up to 97% of chips and dust.

*Does not replace personal protective equipment and/or a centralised hoover
