For its customers, without extra cost or special conditions, Peugeot Outillage has developed a Premium customer service called Collect & Change.

For tools in the 18V EnergyHub battery range under warranty, through the Collect & Change service, you will no longer return your defective machine to your store, whether physical or online. Everything is done from and near you.

 

  Save time and kilometers

  You are in direct contact with us

  You receive a new machine directly at your address.

  This Peugeot Premium service is free and unconditional.

 

  

HOW IT WORKS

 

  1. Login or create your account on our website.
  2. Enter the reference and the product serial number
  3. Download and print the return label
  4. Pack your product into a box and position the label as shown.
  5. Drop off the package in a pickup point near you. Consult the list here
  6. You will receive a new tool, at your address, within the following 72* hours.

The Peugeot Collect & Change warranty is a free service that allows you to receive all or part of your defective machine at your address within 72 hours*. ?To simplify things:

  Quick and easy
  Automated management

 

Valid for the duration of your warranty.
Refer to the warranty included in the manual.

Valid for Peugeot tools featuring the words Collect & Change.

* 72H starting from the drop-off date at the parcel relay point. This service is valid throughout mainland France.
